SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – TYPHON GRIP
Thank you for choosing Typhon Grip. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality fitness gear directly to your doorstep. By completing a purchase on our storefront, you explicitly agree to the shipping timelines and processing conditions outlined below.
1. PROUDLY SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
We specialize in serving the UK fitness community. To maintain optimal efficiency and ensure reliable courier handoffs, we currently ship exclusively to physical addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES
• Processing Window: All orders are processed, packaged, and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
• Hand-Off: Once your order passes our quality control inspection, it is handed over to our tracking logistics network, and your unique shipping tracking code is generated.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
To cut out expensive domestic retail middle-men and keep our prices competitive, Typhon Grip gear is dispatched directly from our global manufacturing hubs straight to your home.
• Standard Tracked Shipping: Delivery to most UK locations typically takes between 7 to 14 business days from the date of formal dispatch.
• Peak Season/Holidays: Please note that during high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major shopping events), domestic courier backlogs can occasionally extend delivery times by an extra 2 to 4 business days.
4. 100% TRANSPARENT PRICING & NO HIDDEN FEES
• Free Delivery: If you choose our Free Shipping tier, your final checkout price is completely comprehensive.
• Customs & Taxes: All UK orders are shipped with VAT fully prepaid. You will never be hit with unexpected import fees, customs surcharges, or handling fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.
5. ORDER TRACKING ALERTS
The moment your package is logged into the courier system, an automated tracking email will be beamed straight to your inbox from typhongripsupport@gmail.com.
• Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 48 hours from receiving your dispatch notice for the shipping carrier’s online portal to update with active live scans.
6. DELAYS & LOGISTICAL EXEMPTIONS
While we partner with elite international shipping lines (such as AliExpress Standard and regional UK networks), Typhon Grip is not legally responsible for external logistics delays outside our human control. This includes but is not limited to: severe weather disruptions, airline scheduling backlogs, customs inspections, and localized postal courier strikes.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
During checkout, the buyer is solely responsible for entering the correct, complete UK delivery address (including house numbers, street name, and accurate postcode). If a package is deemed undeliverable or returned to a fulfillment depot due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch a replacement.
