At Typhon Grip, we stand behind the premium quality of our fitness gear. Our return and refund policies strictly align with UK Consumer Rights legislation while ensuring a fair process for our brand. 

14-DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY (UK STATUTORY RIGHTS)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or request a return for any reason within 14 calendar days of your package being delivered. 

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be in the exact condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and completely sealed in its original, undamaged packaging. Items showing signs of workout use, chalk, sweat, or cosmetic marks will be rejected. 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact our official support team at typhongripsupport@gmail.com. 

Please note the following non-negotiable processing rules:
• Return Authorization: Returns must be explicitly authorized by our team via email before being posted. Items sent back to any warehouse or printed manufacturer address without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and no refund will be issued.
• Return Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping and handling costs. 
• Tracking Requirement: You must use a reliable, fully tracked courier service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) and provide the tracking number to our support email. Typhon Grip is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, AND ISSUES
Please inspect your Typhon Grip gear immediately upon delivery. If the product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the completely wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at typhongripsupport@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue swiftly, your email must include:
1. Your digital proof of purchase or order number.
2. Clear, high-resolution photo or video evidence demonstrating the exact physical defect or damage.

Once verified by our team, we will issue a free tracked replacement product or a full refund. You do not need to pay to mail damaged items back to us.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have a broken hygiene seal, custom-printed/personalized fitness items, wearable apparel that has been unsealed, or nutritional supplements. We also do not accept returns on gift cards or items purchased during clearance/all-sales-final store promotions.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the exact gear you want is to return the item you have via our standard return protocol, and once the return is formally accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on our storefront.

REFUNDS AND TIMELINES
We will notify you via email once we have evaluated your return or evidence submission. If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) within 10 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the funds to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was authorized and you have not received it, please contact our support desk immediately at typhongripsupport@gmail.com.
