Item was received in a timely manner in excellent condition. it is a unique piece of equipment not found on other stores or sites. i love it! i am ordering another one! it is fun & provides enough springs for all athlete levels. i have strong fingers & it the medium & hard springs are still a great workout. i highly recommend this item!

I don't know if spreading the fingers is a useful exercise or not, but if it is, the device is perfect for it. I put my fingers in the rings and expanded them ten times and i was worn out.

Works as expected. After a minute of exercise, your muscles really feel like they got a heavy workout.
